CBT for Depression has been considered as the first line of treatment for Depression in many countries. CBT, i.e, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a type of psychotherapy with promising evidence for treating mild to moderate depression. As the name suggests, CBT is a blend of cognitive therapy as well as behavioural therapy.
